Executive dashboard

The executive dashboard demo showcases the newly launched statistical significance features and Qualtrics benchmarks for Employee Engagement.

Manager actions

This prototype shares new innovations to empower managers to own their employee engagement feedback and improve their teams’ experience. Since the demo didn’t actually debut as planned (due to the pandemic), I’ll wait to share this one until the new experience ships later this year—exciting!

Individual experience

This prototype steps through the 360 portal for multi-rater feedback on a single person’s performance. The existing product was skinned to match the latest UI patterns from the Qualtrics Design System.

Individual experience across the organization

This demo shows how HR teams can get a view across their workforce with admin dashboards, a new experience for 360 customers that leverages existing platform dashboard features.

This prototype demonstrates how Qualtrics can measure team culture with integrations and mobile reporting. Several versions of this program were built out for internal use at Qualtrics leading up to X4 and in use long after.

Organization experience

Employee experience management for IT is a newer investment for Qualtrics, that utilizes our platform ticketing system and integrations for organizational use cases. The demo shows how this instrumentation collects data to be viewed on a common dashboard.

This demo shows example listening posts–or feedback mechanisms–embedded on company applications to measure key moments along an employee journey, such as the Candidate Experience.

Transition monitoring

This demo visualizes an employee journey with a new data visualization on the Qualtrics dashboard experience. Powerful segmentation tools make it easy to slice and dice the data to really understand how experiences effect employee groups different.y.

Andrew Crocker designed and animated the journey element and I put the prototype together with shared assets.

 

Beyond X4, these demos help internally with planning, cross-product coordination, and raising the bar on overall UX. Personally, my prototyping skills improve greatly each year, and we grow stronger as a team.
